Anne Cécile Curot
Born and raised in Reims, Champagne region of France, Anne-Cécile Curot began her professional training and received certification at the Elysees Marbeuf International School of Esthetics in Paris more than 20 years ago when she then emerged as the first apprentice for Le Centre Bien Etre in Le Mans where she cultivated and refined her love for esthetics and acquired her skin care savoir-faire.
Her extensive education along with her passion for esthetics positioned Curot in the role as senior skin care therapist for the world renowned Hotel La Reserve in Geneva, Switzerland, where she provided treatments for VIP and celebrity clients.
After her move to the US, Curot held the positions as Spa Director for Ella Bache Spa, NYC, Corporate Educator/Esthetician for Bella Sante Spas, Boston and has become a certified oncology aesthetician incorporating into her esthetic practice-custom designed and modified spa services for people living with cancer and undergoing cancer medical therapies.
Curot, a writer, mentor, and female entrepreneur, is now the founder of Le Visage Spa: a boutique spa located in the heart of Boston’s financial district and historic waterfront. Offering her expert advice on European skin care techniques, she has been featured in numerous national and international magazines; Vogue, New York Times, Boston Magazine, Cosmopolitan, W Magazine, New York Post, Ladies Home Journal, La Tribune de Geneve, Les Nouvelles Esthetiques, American Spa Magazine, New York Daily News, The Hitch List and Self. Through her career she has received national recognition and awards from Boston Magazine “Best of Boston”, Improper Bostonian, Boston Herald and W Magazine “Best of Black Book”.
