Cancellation and Policy

Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card, so please have your card available when calling.

Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since our appointment times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for the missed or skipped appointment.

Spa Courtesies

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your first service to ensure proper time to check-in and relax. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Prices & Gratuities

Prices listed are per person. As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Le Visage Gift Cards and cash.

Gratuities are not included and are unable to be added on any Credit Card and Gift Card. The recommended gratuity range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or personal check.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for any amount and may be used towards products and services. They cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. They do not expire.

 

Product Return or Exchange Policy

Please read Le Visage’s return and exchange policies below prior to submitting a request:

  • Gift Cards are available for any amount and may be used towards products and services. They cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. They do not expire.
  • Makeup and lip gloss are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Eligible products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns must be shipped through UPS or FedEx. No returns will be accepted through USPS.
  • Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
  • Products must be returned sealed, unopened and unused in order to receive an exchange or refund.
  • Le Visage Spa will not issue an exchange or refund until the package is received and reviewed.
  • Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction.
  • Complete and submit the return request form below. Please allow 48 hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return.
