Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?
We can be found in the Financial District. We are across the street from the Boston Harbor Hotel, and within walking distance from the Aquarium and Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Do you offer couples massages?
We do not as we only have one massage therapist, and our room isn’t fit for multiple services. If interested, back-to-back services would be an option.

Can I do a peel as a first-time client?
Peels are a strong treatment that should never be done as a new client. Your skin needs to be accessed
by one of our estheticians, which a facial would be best before a peel. Clogged skin can alter peeling
results.

Do you have facilities or lockers?
Unfortunately, we do not have facilities other than a waiting room. Since we are a petite spa it allows us for an intimate connection with our clients, ensuring that all specific needs and goals are met.

Do you offer packages?
We do not, all of our services are set to their individual price.

Can I book a group?
Parties of 3 or more may be difficult to book as we consist of 4 estheticians and one massage therapist whose schedules are different. If booked well in advance we may be able to accommodate your group, but it would be best to give us a call for more information.

Can I order products online with a gift card?
At the moment you would have to send us an email ([email protected]) of the products you
would like along with your mailing name, address, and gift card number. If there is a balance due after
the gift card, you’d have to give us a call to provide a credit card.

What products do you use for facials/peels?
We have been committed to Rhonda Allison products since we opened. They are free of dyes and
colorants, synthetic fragrances, sodium lauryl sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and they are cruelty free! If
you end up loving a product during a service, it can be purchased in person/ online.

How should I prepare myself for my facial/peel appointment?
Avoid using any scrubs, acids, or retinol products at least 7 days prior to your appointment. You do not
want to over-sensitize your skin. Botox treatments should be strictly prevented as it may affect your skin to a large extent. Your skin should be as close to its natural state and as clean and bare as possible.

Please note that building renovations are currently undergoing. We apologize for our appearance and any inconvenience.
